Με πελατολόγιο που καλύπτει B2B (φαρμακεία, eshops ομορφιάς, κομμωτήρια, σαλόνια, concept stores) και B2C (μέσω e-shop και φυσικού καταστήματος), η Make Me Up έχει παρουσία:

  • σε fashion shows & περιοδικά ομορφιάς
  • σε σεμινάρια επαγγελματιών makeup artists
  • και σε επαγγελματικούς χώρους αισθητικής & μόδας

Καθήκοντα:

  • Οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του γραφείου
  • Υποστήριξη ομάδας πωλήσεων & συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (λογιστήριο, προμηθευτές κ.λπ.)
  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών, αποθεμάτων και απλών οικονομικών εγγράφων
  • Συντονισμός agenda, meetings και μικρών project
  • Reporting βασικών δεικτών (KPI) προς τη διοίκηση

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία 1–3 έτη σε ρόλο Office / Operations / Admin
  • Άριστη οργανωτική ικανότητα & αυτονομία
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel & MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)
  • Ευχάριστη και θετική προσωπικότητα με διάθεση συνεργασίας
