Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

' Οικονομική και εμπορική διαχείριση

' Συμφωνία ταμείων

' Διαχείριση αξιογράφων

' Συμφωνία τραπεζών

· Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση λογιστικών εγγραφών

· Καταχώρηση εισπράξεων

· Credit control

· Έλεγχος και καταχώριση παραστατικών, τιμολογίων κλπ

· Καταχώρηση παγίων και αγορών

· Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές και πελάτες για συμφωνίες λογαριασμών

· Κατάρτιση μηνιαίου πλάνου πληρωμών και διενέργειά τους

' Διαχείριση ταμειακής ροής (cash flow)

' Τραπεζικές συναλλαγές πληρωμές - εμβάσματα

' Προετοιμασία οικονομικών αναφορών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

· Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ με αντικείμενο σχετικό με τη Λογιστική ή τα Χρηματοοικονομικά

· Ελάχιστη προϋπηρεσία 2 ετών σε συναφές αντικείμενο.

· Υπεύθυνη προσωπικότητα με πνεύμα ομαδικής εργασίας

· Ικανότητα επίτευξης αποτελεσμάτων με βάση τους στόχους της εταιρείας

· Οργάνωση της εργασίας και τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων.

· Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (και ειδικότερα
Excel
).

· Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.

· Καλά επικοινωνιακά στοιχεία και ευχέρεια συνεργασίας με άλλα τμήματα.

· Έφεση στη λεπτομέρεια και στην ανάλυση αριθμών.

· Δυνατότητα να λειτουργεί σε πλαίσιο προθεσμιών και διαφορετικών projects.

· Ερασιτεχνικό δίπλωμα οδήγησης.
