Role Overview:

The Purchasing Officer will be a key and active member of our team, responsible for managing and executing supply chain operations directly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage supplier contracts and maintain strong, productive relationships.
  • Place and oversee orders for technical equipment, aligned with sales schedules and demands.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and sales teams to ensure timely updates on equipment needs.
  • Receive, store, and maintain accurate electronic records of incoming products.
  • Prepare, fulfill, and monitor outgoing orders in line with the loading and delivery plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely shipment of goods to designated locations.
  • Supervise the issuance of delivery notes and coordinate with accounting for accurate invoicing.
  • Organize and oversee both electronic and physical inventory management, producing reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within supply chain or logistics.
  • Proficient with SAP and CRM systems, along with strong general computer skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and systematic approach.
  • Decision-making capabilities and an ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English.
