H MAMAproject αναζητά νέα μέλη για να στελεχώσουν την ομάδα της στο τμήμα Πολιτικών Μηχανικών για την επίβλεψη έργων.

Οι ιδανικοί υποψήφιοι απαραίτητo είναι να εχουν όρεξη για δουλειά, και στόχο για την εξέλιξη στα πλαίσια της εταιρείας, ικανότητα προσαρμογής σε νέα έργα, και η καλή επικοινωνία.

Τα έργα της εταιρείας αφορούν οικιστική και ξενοδοχειακή ανάπτυξη.

Απαιτήσεις για τη θέση:

  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας & προσαρμογής σε ομάδα
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία υποστήριξης έργου (ανακαινίσεις/ κατασκευές συγκεκριμένα) back office & on-site για minimum 5 χρόνια
  • Δίπλωμα / πτυχίο πολιτικού μηχανικού / μηχανολόγου μηχανικού
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων & προσοχή στη λεπτομερεια
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα πολλαπλών εργασιών και διαχείρισης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Autocad για υποστρίξη εργοταξίου και στησιμο BoQ (επιμετρίσεις, αποτυπώσεις, εμβαδομετρήσεις)
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών σε προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο
  • Καλή γνώση ΓΟΚ-ΝΟΚ & σύστημα ΤΕΕ θα εκτιμηθεί

Kαθήκοντα για τη θέση:

  • Συμμετοχή στη διαχείριση έργων της εταιρείας
  • Παρακολούθηση έργου ολοκληρωμένα, από την διαδικασία σχεδιασμού μεχρι την παράδοση turnkey με προσοχή στη λετπομέρεια, σε συνάρτηση με το καθορισμένο timeline & budget.
  • Καθημερινή συνεργασία με το τμήμα αρχιτεκτόνων και Finance της εταιρείας, υπό την επίβλεψη του project manager
  • Καθημερινή παρουσία στο εργοτάξιο, και στο γραφείο μετά τις ώρες εργοταξίου με σκοπό την επικοινωνία με τα άλλα τμήματα και την ολοκληρωμένη παρακολούθηση του έργου
