Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering efficient and friendly assistance through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll help users with their accounts, resolve payment issues, and provide basic technical support—ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support across multiple communication channels

  • Assist with account creation, login difficulties, payment questions, and troubleshooting

  • Serve as a reliable and empathetic contact point, especially for customers in the sports segment

  • Respond to inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach

  • Build strong customer relationships through clear and compassionate communication

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
