Γραμματεία συνεργείου

Ο/Η κατάλληλος υποψήφιος/Α θα συνεργάζεται με τη Διεύθυνση του συνεργείου για τη δημιουργία, διαχείριση και συνεχή βελτίωση των τεχνικών υπηρεσιών που προσφέρονται από το τμήμα για τη συντήρηση και επισκευή προϊόντων Caterpillar. Επιπλέον, θα παρέχει γραμματειακή υποστήριξη για τη διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας του τμήματος.

Βασικά καθήκοντα:

  • Καθημερινές ενημερώσεις του συστήματος ERP της εταιρείας και συνεργασία-επικοινωνία με τα αλλά τμήματα της εταιρείας όταν χρειάζεται.
  • Διαχείριση εντολών εργασίας, παρακολούθηση των τιμολογίων, προετοιμασία προσφορών και δελτίων αποστολής.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και προμηθευτές(Εσωτερικού και εξωτερικού).

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα/Δεξιότητες:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ, επιθυμητό στο τομέα μηχανολογίας/ηλεκτρολογίας.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί ιδιαίτερα.
  • Γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσα και δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας με προμηθευτές εξωτερικού.
  • Ευχέρεια στην χρήση εφαρμογών της Microsoft.
  • Επιθυμητές βασικές λογιστικές γνώσεις.
