Join Our Team as an IT Support Specialist

We're looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist
to play a vital role in our company's growth.

Your Day-to-Day


• User equipment management

o  PC/mac setup, format

o  Printers & telephone devices

o  Software and hardware troubleshooting


• Internal IT infrastructure management and troubleshooting

o  Windows servers & VMs

o  Linux VMs

o  Firewalls, Access points, Switches, Cabling


• Infrastructure Operation & Compliance

o  ISO 27001 compliance

o  Preventive controls & actions


• Microsoft 365 administration

o  Users, groups, email flow rules, Exchange admin


• Domain controller & Active Directory management

o  ESET console (antivirus) management

o  Users, alerts monitoring, exceptions


•
User Support

o  Daily troubleshooting & technical assistance


•
Vendor Communication

o
IT infrastructure, IP telephony, software & security

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Excellent communication & ability to simplify technical terms for non-technical users
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibility, proactiveness, abstract thinking
  • Proven track record of delivering technical support
  • Experience with Network Administration, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting is considered a plus
  • Experience with Network Security and Customer service mindset
