MAS Europe is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between departments, contributing to the overall efficiency of our sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update customer databases and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Coordinate communication between sales teams and other departments, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Assist in preparing and filing contracts, quotes, and agreements.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing documentation.
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar sales support role.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and SoftOne ERP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills In Greek and English.
A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
