Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

  • Προώθηση αναλώσιμων υλικών και ανάπτυξη υπάρχοντος πελατολογίου (ιδιωτικά και δημόσια νοσοκομεία, κλινικές, μονάδες φροντίδας ηλικιωμένων).
  • Υποστήριξη ειδικών υγείας και ασθενών & επίλυση ειδικών ζητημάτων που χρήζουν περαιτέρω διαχείρισης σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο ομάδας.
  • Ευθύνη πωλήσεων βάσει ετήσιου στόχου
  • Συνεργασία και επικοινωνία με την ομάδα διαχείρισης προϊόντων (productmanagement) για στοιχεία πωλήσεων και εικόνα αγοράς.
  • Αξιολόγηση της εμπειρίας του πελάτη και προτάσεις βελτίωσης όπου απαιτείται σε συνεργασία με τους επικεφαλής των ομάδων πωλήσεων.
  • Παρακολούθηση διαγωνιστικών διαδικασιών σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο ομάδας.

Απαιτούμενη εμπειρία/ γνώση:

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο στο χώρο της υγείας, με εξειδίκευση στο Home Health Care .
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΑΤΕΙ (ιδανικά σχολή νοσηλευτικής ή άλλες σχολές ιατρικών-παραϊατρικών επαγγελμάτων)
  • Πολύ καλή αντίληψη και κατανόηση των βασικών αρχών πώλησης και πρακτικών εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.

  • Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα με βάση τη συνεργασία και την προσωπική ευθύνη
  • Ικανότητα προσαρμογής της επικοινωνίας σε διαφορετικά κοινά.
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα και ευελιξία στις αλλαγές ή σε νέα δεδομένα.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας και καλή οργάνωση χρόνου.
