As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Voice and SMS wholesale team and seeking a detail-oriented and driven Wholesale SMS Account Specialist. Role Overview
As a Wholesale SMS Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of modulus' international SMS wholesale business. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and develop long-term partnerships with carriers, aggregators, CPaaS providers, and OTT platforms. You will be responsible for the commercial success, operational health, and overall customer satisfaction of your accounts.

This is a hands-on position suited to individuals with excellent organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and a strong understanding of the A2P SMS market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of key wholesale SMS accounts (both buy and sell side)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with international carriers and aggregators

• Optimize routing and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality

• Conduct regular business reviews and in-depth performance analyses with key partners

• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and volume commitments

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, legal, billing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and successful partner onboarding

• Monitor and analyze SMS traffic quality and proactively resolve issues

• Represent modulus at major industry events and conferences (e.g., Capacity, GCCM) to strengthen our global network and brand presence
