Aναζητούμε ένα ευχάριστο και επικοινωνιακό άτομο το οποίο θα ενταχθεί ως Store Manager στην ομάδα του MYS showroom. H ιδανική υποψήφια θα πρέπει να αγαπάει την μόδα και τις νέες τάσεις, να διαθέτει οργανωτικές ικανότητες και να διατηρεί μια αποδοτική συνεργασία με όλα τα μέλη της υπόλοιπης ομάδας.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Οργάνωση των λειτουργιών του καταστήματος και ανάθεση ευθυνών στο προσωπικό
  • Επίβλεψη και καθοδήγηση προσωπικού για την επίτευξη των στόχων πωλήσεων
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών με σκοπό την παροχή υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσιών
  • Διαχείριση αποθέματος του καταστήματος με σκοπό την καταγραφή ελλείψεων και την αύξηση των πωλήσεων.
  • Έλεγχος των χώρων του καταστήματος και επίλυση οποιουδήποτε ζητήματος.
  • Σχεδιασμός και επίβλεψη προωθητικών ενεργειών εντός του καταστήματος
  • Διαρκής παρακολούθηση των τάσεων της αγοράς με σκοπό την βελτίωση της απόδοσης του καταστήματος

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση, στο fashion retail, τουλάχιστον 3 ετών
  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές, ηγετικές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και ERP
  • Αποτελεσματικότητα στην ταυτόχρονη διαχείριση διαφορετικών εργασιών και καθηκόντων
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
