Sell-Out & Training Manager

attica department stores is currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Sell-out & Training Manager to join our Wholesale - Cosmetics Department for our central offices in Athens.

Role Purpose
As a Sell-out & Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring sales teams, designing and delivering training programs, and ensuring that our staff have the knowledge and skills to represent our brands with excellence. This position combines team leadership, hands-on training, product expertise, and active participation in brand events and launches.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and manage the cosmetics sales team.
• Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, and foster a positive working environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
• Participate in the recruitment process and onboarding of new team members.
• Guide, mentor, and support new hires, while fostering team cohesion and collaboration.
• Design and implement group training programs for sales staff.
• Deliver in-store, in-person coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Create and conduct seminars on premium product sales strategies.
• Provide in-depth brand and product training, including heritage, philosophy, and positioning.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all brands in the portfolio.
• Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and market innovations.
• Present and communicate product characteristics and brand identity to teams.
• Travel abroad for brand-led train-the-trainer sessions.
• Conduct store visits and training sessions across Greece.
• Prepare and develop training manuals, presentations, and sales support tools.
• Build engaging product knowledge materials tailored to different learning needs.
• Participate in PR events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Represent our brands at corporate events and industry gatherings.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in the cosmetics/fragrance industry.
• Background in training, coaching, or sales education.
• Strong people management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with premium or luxury brands.
• Knowledge of niche fragrances and haute parfumerie.
• Strong sales background in high-end products.
• Proven ability to develop engaging training content.
