Data Analyst (Έδρα: Κέντρο Αθήνας)

Tasks
  • Παρακολούθηση των επιστροφών των πελατών και αξιολόγηση των πελατών. Κερδοφορία, πιστώσεις, ύψος αγορών – τιμολογίων , κόστος και ποσότητα επιστροφών
  • Καθοδήγηση και στόχευση πωλητών πριν από επισκέψεις σε πελάτες και απολογισμός επισκέψεων
  • Αξιολόγηση πωλητών
  • Υποστήριξη και συντονισμός ενεργειών πωλήσεων (cross selling, up selling, απολογισμοί επισκέψεων)
  • Έλεγχος τιμών και ανάλυση ανταγωνισμού
  • Συνεργασία με τμήμα εισαγωγών για budgeting αγορών
  • Οργάνωση και αξιολόγηση προσφορών, ανάλυση τάσεων αγοράς και κινούμενων προϊόντων
  • Παρακολούθηση και αποστολή ενημερωτικού υλικού (e-mails, newsletters, κατάλογοι)
  • Χρήση Softone ERP για εμπορικές λειτουργίες
  • Συμμετοχή σε επαγγελματικά ταξίδια (εσωτερικού & εξωτερικού)
Requirements
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Οικονομικών Επιστημών (κατεύθυνση Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων) ή ΑΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχα καθήκοντα, ιδανικά 3 έτη
  • Απαραίτητη η άριστη και αποδεδειγμένη χρήση Excel (Pivot, συναρτήσεις),
  • Μεγάλη εξοικείωση με προγράμματα και εργαλεία Business Intelligence (BI) για εξαγωγή και αξιοποίηση δεδομένων
  • Γνώσεις Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης (AI)
  • Άριστη χρήση ERP (Επιθυμητό Softone)
  • Άριστη χρήση Η/Υ, πολύ καλή γνώση των Windows και της σουίτας εφαρμογών της Microsoft
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού και συνεργασίας με διαφορετικά τμήματα
  • Ευελιξία, συνέπεια και επαγγελματισμός στην καθημερινή επικοινωνία
  • Επιθυμία για συνεχή βελτίωση και μάθηση, με στόχο την επαγγελματική εξέλιξη και αναβάθμιση του ρόλου
