This role will support the Regional Corporate Security Western Europe Director in implementing the Corporate Security Strategy and providing assistance to all JTI business entities, operations, and projects within their designated Area of Responsibility (AOR)PositionAs the Cluster Markets Corporate Security Manager for GreCyMa, Italy & Israel, you will be responsible forRisk & Crisis Management Support the development and implementation of security strategies and crisis response plans, including maintaining a Regional Security Risk Register and participating in the Regional Crisis Management Team.People & Asset Protection Oversee security programs across cluster markets to ensure the safety of personnel, facilities, and operations, including travel security, executive protection, and supply chain integrity.Security Audits & Investigations Assist in planning and conducting security audits, assessments, and investigations in collaboration with internal functions such as Compliance, Legal, and People & Culture.Stakeholder Engagement Build strong internal networks across all levels and functions, and maintain external relationships with law enforcement, security agencies, and industry associations.Financial Oversight Manage the cluster's security budget, monitor expenditures, and oversee contracts with security service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.Talent Development Lead and develop direct reports, contribute to succession planning, and actively participate in the Corporate Security Talent Development ProgramRequirementsUniversity degree or equivalent, including exceptional experience and achievementsMinimum 5 years of experience in military, law enforcement, intelligence, or corporate security, or a combination of theseGood security and law enforcement networkVery good command of English (oral and written)Knowledge of Greek will be considered an assetProficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamWhat To ExpectGrowth opportunities worldwide, continuous training, continuous development, opportunity to work with different cultures, good compensation package, social security package.
