Περιγραφή Ρόλου

Ο IT System Administrator θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη συνολική λειτουργία και ανάπτυξη της IT υποδομής του οργανισμού.

Θα διαχειρίζεται Windows και Linux servers, Microsoft 365, δικτυακές υποδομές και πολιτικές ασφαλείας, ενώ θα ηγηθεί της υποστήριξης και της τεχνολογικής στρατηγικής σύμφωνα με συνεννόηση με τον υπεύθυνο τμήματος.

Ο ρόλος απαιτεί ικανότητα επίλυσης σύνθετων θεμάτων και δυνατότητα εκπαίδευσης/καθοδήγησης junior προσωπικού.

Επιπλέον, θα αναλάβει σταδιακά διαδικασίες που σχετίζονται με Equinox και Soft1, με εκπαίδευση από τον υπάρχοντα IT Administrator.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση και συντήρηση των server υποδομών (Windows & Linux: Firebird DB, Soft1 ERP, SFTP, File/Print, Call Center Asterisk etc).
  • Διαχείριση Active Directory & Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Policies, Licenses).
  • Διαχείριση δικτύων: Switches, Firewall, VPN access, Threat Management.
  • Backup Management (Veeam / Synology) και disaster recovery testing.

  • Εφαρμογή πολιτικών ασφαλείας και συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα GDPR σε συνεννόηση με την Νομική Υπηρεσία.
  • Αυτοματισμοί / scripting για βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών.
  • Υποστήριξη και συντονισμός διαδικασιών Equinox (imports, data validation, reporting) και Soft1 (εκκαθαρίσεις κ.λπ.) με εκπαίδευση.
  • Προτάσεις βελτίωσης υποδομών (network performance, server optimization, security hardening).
  • Συνεργασία με τη Διοίκηση για IT στρατηγική, budgeting και έργα.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε διαχείριση IT υποδομών.
  • Πολύ καλές γνώσεις Windows Server / Active Directory / Microsoft 365.
  • Καλή γνώση Linux (server management, SFTP, database (firebird), τηλεφωνία Asterisk).
  • Εμπειρία σε firewall, VPN, δικτυακές πολιτικές και monitoring.
  • Καλή γνώση συστημάτων Backup & Restore (Veeam ή ισοδύναμο).
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης σύνθετων προβλημάτων και προληπτικής συντήρησης.
  • Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία & ικανότητα mentoring junior προσωπικού.

Θα εκτιμηθούν

  • Εμπειρία σε scripting (PowerShell / Bash/ Python).
  • Κατανόηση security frameworks και best practices.
  • Γνώσεις SQL και Διαχείρισης DB.
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλοντα ERP/επιχειρησιακών εφαρμογών (Soft1 ή παρόμοια).
  • Πιστοποιήσεις (π.χ. MCSA, Azure Administrator, Linux+, CompTIA Security+).
