We are looking for an
Expediting Coordinator
to support the construction of a new
data center
located in
Spata, near Athens International Airport
.

The person will be
based in Greece
, with
availability for business trips
related to vendor expediting activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as a key interface between the client's on-site team and the vendor.
  • Coordinate and follow up all expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Monitor vendor progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation actions.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on delivery and fabrication status.
  • Support the site team in communication and coordination with suppliers and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in expediting / vendor follow-up / supply chain coordination within construction projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to travel for vendor visits and coordination meetings.
