Junior Accountant
με ελάχιστη εμπειρία 1 έτους για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα της Οικονομικής Διεύθυνσης.

Καθήκοντα :

  • Καταχώρηση παραστατικών, εισπράξεων, πληρωμών, τιμολογίων και λογιστικών εγγραφών
  • Χειρισμός του πλήρους φάσματος των Λογιστικών και Οικονομικών διαδικασιών (Γενική Λογιστική, Πάγια, Προμηθευτές, Πελάτες)
  • Συμμετοχή στη σύνταξη λογιστικών αναφορών και στη διαχείριση των καθημερινών πράξεων του λογιστηρίου
  • Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία και τήρηση φορολογικών αρχείων και φακέλων
  • Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές, πελάτες και λοιπούς συνεργάτες της εταιρείας
  • Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία και επεξεργασία οικονομικών καταστάσεων και αναφορών.
  • Εκτέλεση διαχειριστικών καθηκόντων όπως αρχειοθέτηση, εισαγωγή δεδομένων και διαχείριση επικοινωνιών
  • Υποστήριξη της ομάδας Λογιστηρίου στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των πληρωτέων και εισπρακτέων λογαριασμών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή σχετικού αντικειμένου
  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία 1 έτους σε θέση λογιστηρίου
  • Καλή γνώση στη διαχείριση ERP συστημάτων λογισμικού οικονομικών εφαρμογών
  • Καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office, ειδικά του Excel
  • Καλές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας & εδραίωσης κλίματος εμπιστοσύνης
  • Υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης για τις αρμοδιότητες της θέσης, των διαδικασιών και των κανόνων της εταιρείας
  • Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε μεταβαλλόμενο και δυναμικό επιχειρησιακό περιβάλλον
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
