Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

-Υποδοχή και καθοδήγηση των επισκεπτών κατά την άφιξή τους

-Παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου και τις τοπικές δραστηριότητες

-Διαχείριση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων με επαγγελματισμό και ευγένεια

-Εξασφάλιση άριστης εμπειρίας διαμονής για τους επισκέπτες

-Συνεργασία με τα διάφορα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των επισκεπτών

-Καθημερινή παρακολούθηση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών και εξασφάλιση της ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

-Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και επίλυσης προβλημάτων

-Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα Αγγλικά (και σε άλλες γλώσσες θα εκτιμηθεί)

-Ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμός και θετική στάση

Esperia Group in Faliraki is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to join our team and ensure excellent service for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival
  • Provide information about hotel services and local activities
  • Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Ensure an exceptional stay experience for all guests
  • Collaborate with all hotel departments to meet guest needs
  • Monitor daily guest satisfaction and maintain service quality

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English (knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Courtesy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
