Position Summary

The Guest Service Agent acts as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, attentive service, and personalized assistance throughout their stay, in alignment with the standards of luxury hospitality and the resort's commitment to excellence.

Scope

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and orientation in collaboration with the Front Office team.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized solutions or recommendations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Coordinate special requests (e.g. celebrations, room arrangements, amenities) to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to support future visits and loyalty.
  • Ensure VIP guests and repeat visitors receive extra care and recognition.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Follow up on guest satisfaction during and after their stay.
  • Promote resort facilities, services, and experiences in a genuine and helpful manner.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience (more than 3 for senior GS Agents) in Guest Relations or Front Office in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Fluency in English; other languages (especially French, German, Russian, or Arabic) are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems and guest service protocols
  • Formal training in hospitality or tourism is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the resort's surroundings, experiences, and amenities
  • Warm, genuine, and empathetic personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Poise, discretion, and grace under pressure
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
