About the role:

The Senior CRM Sports Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across the Sports vertical. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, this role focuses on driving player engagement, retention, and loyalty through targeted offers, personalized communications, and innovative promotional strategies. The Senior CRM Sports Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in line with business objectives, while continuously analyzing player behavior and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning &Execution – Design, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns and player communications tailored to the Sports vertical.
• Player Segmentation &Personalization – Define and apply segmentation strategies to deliver personalized offers that increase engagement and retention.
• Promotional Strategy Support – Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager in developing sports-specific promotions, bonuses, and retention initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring &Reporting – Track KPIs, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to enhance future CRM activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with product, design, BI, and compliance teams to prepare, test, and deliver campaigns aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate CRM Messaging Around Sporting Events – Plan and deliver tailored campaigns for key sporting events (e.g., Champions League, World Cup) to maximize engagement.
• Compliance &Responsible Gaming – Ensure all CRM activities and communications comply with local regulations (e.g., GDPR, responsible gambling).
• Quality Assurance – Ensure accuracy of campaign setup, testing, and execution across CRM tools.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance player journeys, and optimize workflows.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM within the online gaming or sports betting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Sports vertical player behavior, betting cycles, and promotional mechanics.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM tools such as FastTrack, Optimove, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Experience in lifecycle management, retention, and loyalty strategies for Sports players.
• Knowledge of bonus structures, odds-based promotions, and event-driven campaign design.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of compliance requirements in Sports CRM communications across jurisdictions.
