Loan Sector Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Supports the identification and acquisition of credit lines for financing the company's needs through borrowing or other financial instruments
  • Participates in the negotiation and conclusion of loan agreements
  • Manages the company's relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies
  • Manages and monitors loan agreements, as well as the obligations arising from them. Analyzes the loan portfolio and submits proposals for its optimal management. Prepares and submits relevant reports to Management
  • Manages intra-group loans and monitors related contracts
  • Manages the process of issuing corporate guarantees and guarantee letters to third parties. Negotiates the relevant financial terms and monitors credit limits
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a University or College in Finance or Economics
  • Master's degree in Economics or Finance
  • At least six (6) years of relevant experience in Treasury or in the Corporate Finance department of a financial institution or in a company's Treasury department
  • At least six (6) years of experience in a financial institution or energy company
  • Experience in team management will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of financial markets, financing instruments and risk management
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and legislation in the financial sector
  • Ability to use financial tools and software (Excel, ERP systems, financial models)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered an additional qualification
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
