Οι καθημερινές σου ευθύνες:

  • Διασφάλιση Εξαιρετικής Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών: Διατήρηση των υψηλότερων προτύπων ικανοποίησης πελατών σε όλα τα καταστήματα.
  • Τήρηση Εταιρικών Προτύπων: Διασφάλιση ότι το προσωπικό πωλήσεων λειτουργούν σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
  • Καθοδήγηση Λειτουργιών Καταστημάτων: Παροχή σαφών κατευθύνσεων για κάθε κατάστημα υπό την ευθύνη σου και έλεγχος της συμμόρφωσής τους.
  • Παρακολούθηση και Βελτίωση KPIs: Παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης των καταστημάτων βάσει των στόχων που έχουν τεθεί και αναγνώριση περιοχών προς βελτίωση.
  • Ανάθεση Αρμοδιοτήτων: Κατανομή καθηκόντων στα μέλη της ομάδας για την ομαλή και αποτελεσματική λειτουργία των καταστημάτων.
  • Διαδικασία Επιλογής Προσωπικού: Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία πρόσληψης υποψηφίων υπαλλήλων για τα καταστήματα.
  • Εκπαίδευση και Αξιολόγηση Προσωπικού: Εκπαίδευση και αξιολόγηση του υπάρχοντος προσωπικού των καταστημάτων.
  • Προώθηση Ενεργειών Promotion και Merchandising: Διασφάλιση της σωστής εφαρμογής των ενεργειών προώθησης και εμπορικής διάταξης προϊόντων.
  • Προγραμματισμός Επισκέψεων: Καθημερινές επισκέψεις στα καταστήματα για συνεχή έλεγχο της λειτουργίας τους.
  • Αξιοποίηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού: Αναγνώριση μελών της ομάδας με ικανότητες και δυνατότητες εξέλιξης.
  • Παρακολούθηση Ανταγωνισμού: Ενημέρωση για τις δραστηριότητες του ανταγωνισμού.
  • Βελτίωση Διαδικασιών και Εργαλείων Ανάπτυξης: Συμβολή στη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών και εργαλείων ανάπτυξης.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Ιδανικά, θα πρέπει να έχετε:

  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφή τομέα/επαγγελματική εμπειρία.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Εμπειρία στον χώρο των πωλήσεων και σε θέματα διοίκησης προσωπικού.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες χρήσης H/Y.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Ανάπτυξη πρωτοβουλιών και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
  • Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπραγμάτευσης.
  • Ικανότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου και ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα προγραμματισμού καθημερινότητας.
  • Προσήλωση στο αποτέλεσμα.
