The purpose of this role is to lead the store team, manage inventory, maintain visual merchandising and store standards by ensuring excellent customer experience and implementing company policies.

More Specifically:

  • Supervise retail operations while ensuring exceptional customer engagement
  • Coordinate the packing of online orders efficiently
  • Oversee the entire e-commerce order fulfillment process
  • Create newsletters and maintain post-sale communication with customers
  • Organize and control inventory orders for both the store and warehouse
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports and sales data to senior management
  • Implement marketing promotions while collaborating with the marketing agency
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or relevant field
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail management, ideally in a high-end retail environment
  • Alternatively, experience as sales assistant would be an asset
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Systems (SoftOne)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results- driven personality
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
