Maintenance & Repair Technician – Technical Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Repair Technician for industrial floor cleaning equipment, who will also take on the role of Technical Training Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing equipment, as well as training and guiding the technical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing professional and industrial floor cleaning equipment, including high-pressure washers, either at the branch location in Thessaloniki or at customer sites.
  • Promoting maintenance contracts to customers.
  • Conducting product demonstrations for end customers in collaboration with other company departments.
  • Participating in customer training seminars.
  • Training technicians.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.

Experience and Education:

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized technical school or institute.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar or related field.
  • Previous experience in a training or team coordination role will be considered an asset.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
  • Proficiency in using basic electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English, and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business applications. Knowledge of ServiceMax is a plus.
