This Position reports to:

Sales Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful
onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Working with Sales teams to identify customer needs and demonstrate digital solutions.
  • Enhancing the successful implementation and adoption of ABB's digital platforms and solutions.
  • Supporting ABB Ability Digital portfolio sales and other digital transformation initiatives to improve operational
  • efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  • Bridging the gap between sales preparation, software development, deployment, and customer operations to maximize
  • solution effectiveness.
  • Contributing to software development, release management, and maintenance efforts.
  • Testing and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout through training and retraining the
  • customers and providing subsequent ongoing support and services.
  • Ensuring that all required resources are in place to implement software on-time and on-budget.

Qualifications for the role:

  • You have an Engineering Degree in (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Software)
  • You have 2-3 years of experience with industrial digital solutions, software implementation, troubleshooting
  • Experience with Asset Management, Optimization or Sustainability Software will be an asset
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including training, issue resolution, and post-implementation support
  • You are at ease communicating in Greek and English
  • You hold valid driving license and have ability to travel within Greece
