Η Actionline είναι μια Ελληνική εταιρεία που προσφέρει ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις HR – Recruitment από το 2011. Ως υποψήφιος, αποκτάς πρόσβαση σε έργα διαφορετικών κλάδων και μεγάλες εταιρείες, ενώ η ομάδα μας αναλαμβάνει ενεργό ρόλο στην υποστήριξη της επαγγελματικής σου διαδρομής.

Αναζητάμε για λογαριασμό πελάτη μας, μεγάλο δικηγορικό γραφείο, Legal Team Leader, που θα υποστηρίξει την ομάδα των Back Office Legal.

Τοποθεσία: Χολαργός

Μοντέλο: On-site

Ημέρες: 5νθήμερη, Δευτέρα - Παρασκευή

Ωράριο: 9:00-17:30

Θα αναλάβεις:

  • Την οργάνωση και συντονισμός της ομάδας paralegals
  • Την κατανομή εργασιών και παρακολούθηση προθεσμιών
  • Τον έλεγχο και έγκριση φακέλων και εγγράφων πριν την υποβολή τους
  • Την επικοινωνία με τράπεζες, συμβολαιογράφους και λοιπούς θεσμικούς φορείς
  • Την εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση νεότερων μελών της ομάδας
  • Τις αναφορές προς τη διοίκηση σχετικά με την πρόοδο και την αποτελεσματικότητα της ομάδας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Τι ζητάμε

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση συντονισμού ή καθοδήγησης ομάδας
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών
