The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who will oversee and grow our clients' social media accounts. You'll work closely with our design team to ensure cohesive branding while developing customized social strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires both creative vision and account management skills.

The position is part of a DYPA open program for the acquisition of professional/work experience for unemployed individuals aged 30 and above (30+), with emphasis on groups with limited access to the labor market.

Eligibility for the DYPA program is required in order to proceed with the hiring process.

What you'll be doing

  1. Client Strategy Development:
     Create tailored social media strategies for various clients across different industries
  2. Content Creation & Curation:
     Develop engaging content that aligns with each client's brand voice and objectives
  3. Client Communication:
     Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their social media presence
  4. Campaign Management:
     Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve client KPIs
  5. Performance Analysis:
     Track metrics and provide regular reporting to clients with actionable insights
  6. Multi-Account Management:
     Efficiently handle multiple client accounts across various platforms simultaneously

What we're looking for

  1. 2-3+ years of experience managing social media for diverse clients
  2. Demonstrated expertise across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  3. Strong understanding of different industry needs and social media best practices
  4. Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
  5. Creative writing abilities with the flexibility to adapt to different brand voices
  6. Working knowledge of social media advertising platforms and budgeting
  7. Analytical mindset for tracking campaign performance and optimization

Nice-to-have

  1. Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  2. Video editing capabilities for creating short-form content
  3. Experience with photography and visual composition
  4. Familiarity with SEO best practices and their relation to social media
