What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in
    Digital Marketing
    (preferably in a digital agency)
  • A creative mind with a natural flair for
    copywriting
  • Solid understanding of content strategy & creation
  • Experience using Canva
    to design social media graphics and ads
  • Familiarity with
    Facebook Ads Manager
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading
    skills
  • Strong
    research abilities
  • A creative
    spirit with
    attention to detail
  • Great team collaboration
    skills

Bonus skills (nice to have, not required):

  • Experience managing
    Google Ads
    accounts
  • Basic
    video editing
    skills (e.g., using CapCut)
  • Knowledge of
    SEO
  • Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications
  • Facebook Blueprint certification
  • Understanding of digital performance metrics
  • Proven success in strategies focusing on ROI
    and
    ROAS
  • Ability to use data & analytics
    to identify and act on new growth opportunities

Daily tasks include:

  • Writing copy and scheduling posts for
    social media
  • Designing graphics
    for posts and ads
  • Creating and managing
    Facebook & Instagram ads
  • Writing SEO-friendly content
