We are a growing
software start-up

with an already successful market launch. To further accelerate our international growth, we are looking for a
Marketing Specialist

who will primarily lead our
B2B marketing

efforts.

You are organized, proactive, fluent in Greek and English and eager to be part of an international team? Then we'd love to hear from you

Your Responsibilities
Marketing (B2B Focus)

  • Build and Launch our new B2B product page in cooperation with a product specialist and a designer

  • Help shaping and executing a marketing plan to market the B2B product globally for the target audience

  • Organize conference attendances

  • Plan and execute
    B2B marketing campaigns

to generate leads and strengthen brand awareness

  • Manage
    marketing automation and lead nurturing

in HubSpot (email campaigns, workflows, lead maintenance)

  • Create and maintain
    landing pages and marketing content

in HubSpot with an SEO and conversion focus

  • Develop LinkedIn content

(posts & visuals) to engage business audiences

  • Analyze and report marketing performance to continuously improve results

Your Profile

  • Experience in
    B2B marketing

, ideally in a software or tech environment

  • Good understanding of
    SEO

and digital content optimization

  • Excellent
    organizational skills

and attention to detail

  • Confident user of
    MS Office

  • Self-driven, structured and proactive

working style

  • Enthusiasm for working in an
    international and fast-growing company

Nice to have

  • German language skills (in addition to Greek & English)

  • Experience with HubSpot
