Role Summary
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international customer experience project in the travel and accommodation sector. This is a fully remote role based in Greece, ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, handling bookings, and working in a structured yet people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, reservations, and cancellations
- Support customers via written and voice channels (calls may occur occasionally for follow-ups)
- Ensure accurate documentation and resolution of customer requests
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (C1) and English
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working with computers and online tools
- EU citizenship or valid Greek residence permit
- Mandatory document: birth certificate including both parents names
