About the Role

We are looking for a creative yet data-driven professional who can identify patterns in user behavior and understand how social media algorithms work. This role combines content management with analytics, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and create corporate content for

    (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) to boost brand awareness.
  • Produce SEO-driven content for the blog.
  • Record & analyze data for software training (Machine Learning).
  • Monitor social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn) for journalistic content to increase reach & engagement.
  • Track KPIs, optimize posts & propose strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Build and analyze reports to refine publishing strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a digital agency.
  • Proficiency with social media tools (Stories, Reels, Facebook Creator Studio, Plann, Griddy).
  • Basic graphic editing (Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Lightroom).
  • Experience in Google Ads & Meta Campaigns, Pixel setup & conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Looker Studio reporting.
  • Strong English skills (B2+).
  • Knowledge of AI tools & ChatGPT prompt engineering.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Emotional Intelligence apps.
  • Experience with AI Publishing tools (e.g., ).
  • Knowledge of Google Publisher tools (Google News, etc.).
