Social Media & Marketing Professional
to help us boost our digital presence, tell our story, and build an authentic online brand that stands out.


What You'll Do

  • Manage our
    LinkedIn
    ,
    Instagram
    , and
    Facebook
    pages — create, schedule, and post engaging content.
  • Work closely with our Recruitment team to
    promote open roles
    , company news, and success stories.
  • Create
    visual content
    (images, reels, banners, short videos) using tools like
    Canva
    or
    CapCut
    .
  • Coordinate
    paid campaigns
    (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor their performance.
  • Refresh and maintain
    WorkEthix
    and
    HireHero
    's visual identity across platforms.
  • Track
    social analytics
    , engagement, and reach — and bring ideas to grow them further.


What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    social media marketing
    , ideally in a
    B2B
    or
    agency
    environment.
  • Hands-on skills in
    Canva
    ,
    basic video editing
    , and
    copywriting
    .
  • Excellent command of
    Greek & English
    .
  • A creative mindset — you love visuals, trends, and storytelling.
  • Proactive attitude: you don't just follow tasks — you bring ideas.
