Αναζητούμε για λογαριασμό μιας από τις κορυφαίες εταιρίες ψηφιοποίησης, ταλαντούχα άτομα τα οποία θα ενταχθούν στο δυναμικό της εταιρίας και θα συνδράμουν στην κατηγοριοποίηση και ψηφιοποίηση των Γενικών Αρχείων του Κράτους.

Responsibilities

  • Παραλαβή, οργάνωση και ταξινόμηση φυσικού αρχείου.
  • Ψηφιοποίηση μέσω ειδικών σαρωτών (software ψηφιοποίησης).
  • Έλεγχος σαρωμένων αρχείων και διόρθωση όπου απαιτείται.
  • Συρραφή, οργάνωση αρχείων και επιστροφή φυσικού αρχεiου.

Requirements

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 6 μηνών σε ψηφιοποίηση εγγράφων με χρήση Book Scanner ή Flatbed Scanner (για βιβλία και λυτά έγγραφα).
  • Τελειόφοιτος ή απόφοιτος τμήματος Ιστορίας και Αρχαιολογίας ή Βιβλιοθηκονομίας/Αρχειονομίας.
  • Εξοικείωση με την τεχνολογία.
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
