Για λογαριασμό του πελάτη μας, μια από τις μεγαλύτερες εταιρείες στον χώρο της Ψηφιοποίησης, αναζητούμε υποψηφίους (μερικής απασχόλησης) οι οποίοι θα ψηφιοποιούν αρχεία των Γενικών Αρχείων του Κράτους.

Εάν θέλετε να ανακαλύψετε και να εμβαθύνετε στα γενικά αρχεία του κράτους και διαθέτετε υψηλές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, αυτή είναι η σωστή θέση εργασίας για εσάς

Responsibilities

  • Παραλαβή και οργάνωση φυσικού αρχείου.
  • Ψηφιοποίηση μέσω ειδικών σαρωτών (software ψηφιοποίησης).
  • Έλεγχος σαρωμένων αρχείων και διόρθωση όπου απαιτείται.
  • Συρραφή, οργάνωση αρχείων και επιστροφή φυσικού αρχεiου.

Requirements

  • Τελειόφοιτος ή απόφοιτος τμήματος Ιστορίας και Αρχαιολογίας ή Βιβλιοθηκονομίας/Αρχειονομίας.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Εξοικείωση με την τεχνολογία.
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
