Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior/ Mid-Level Officer to join our CIB Legal Documentation & Collaterals Unit within our Group Loan Administration.

By joining this role, you'll be part of the Commercial Banking Portfolio Administration team and you will support the preparation, execution, and monitoring of Corporate bilateral financings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

  • Support the execution of approved lending and collateral requests for Corporate Banking clients.
  • Prepare, review, and monitor financing documentation in collaboration with all parties involved (Customer, RMs, Internal Legal Department)
  • Process amendments, waivers, and other contractual updates, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Register and update loan contract data and collaterals (e.g. pledges, mortgages, insurance policies, property valuations) in the Bank's systems.
  • Collecting contractual documents and collateral information for internal and external audits.

You Will Be a Great Candidate If You

  • At least 3 years of experience in legal documentation, corporate lending, or loan administration (experience in banking is an asset).
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in Law, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; postgraduate studies considered a plus.
  • Have excellent command of English and Greek (both in writing and verbally).
  • Possess strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communicational skills, agility and a team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Show attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
