GEK TERNA S.A. is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with experience in Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Finance Law.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-house legal counsel on complex legal matters affecting the company's operations and projects.
• Advise on legal issues related to motorway operations and oversee the implementation and ongoing compliance with Concession Agreements, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including financing agreements, loan contracts, procurement documents, and service-level agreements and any amendments thereof.
• Ensure adherence to applicable national and European Union legislation, with a focus on commercial, environmental, civil and public procurement law.
• Provide legal support in dispute resolution processes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and liaise with regulatory and supervisory authorities.
• Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives, monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise on necessary adaptations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law and an LL.M with a specialization in commercial or civil or public procurements law areas;
• At least 10 years' working experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm. Specialization and previous experience in projects related to concession agreements would be desirable.
• Experience in dealing with complex legal & regulatory compliance issues with significant financial impact;
• Fluency in English
