Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Customer Happiness Specialist We are seeking enthusiastic individuals fluent in Swedish who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our Swedish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your commitment to customer happiness will be vital in nurturing strong relationships and enhancing our brand's reputation.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Handle inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently to create a delightful customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and share feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in Swedish is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen desire to assist customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
