We are looking for a Lead Platform Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support and manage the WTW Radarlive platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line (L0/L1) technical support for the WTW Radarlive platform
  • Manage and support the WTW Radarlive platform with strong understanding of its system architecture
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute platform upgrades and deployments across multiple environments
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the Radarlive platform's runtime performance
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, configuration management, and operational tasks
  • Lead incident response for platform outages or degradations
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
  • Analyze system usage and forecast capacity needs to ensure efficient platform scaling
  • Ensure minimal downtime and risk during platform upgrades and deployments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform support or related field
  • Strong experience with deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools
  • In-depth knowledge of system architecture and platform management
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Fluency in the Greek language
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
