Your Role at a Glance

As an
ITSM Engineer
, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting IT Service Management solutions aligned with industry best practices. Your responsibilities will include:


Assessing Client Service Operations
to identify service improvement opportunities.


Implementing ITIL-aligned processes
such as Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, CMDB, or Asset Management.


Configuring and supporting
SYNTAX's ITSM platforms and tools across diverse customer engagements.


Collaborating with sales teams
on pre-sales activities including solution demos, technical presentations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

What You Bring to the Table


Educational Background
: B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (M.Sc. is a plus).


Experience
: 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM, IT operations, or service delivery roles.


Technical Proficiency
:

  • Understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Helix/Remedy, ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira Service Management, or similar).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments including networks, systems, and cloud services.
