Ο διεθνής ξενοδοχειακός όμιλος Club Med, αναζητά για το resort Gregolimano στην Β. Εύβοια:

Junior HR Assistant

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη στις καθημερινές διοικητικές διαδικασίες του τμήματος HR
  • Τήρηση αρχείων προσωπικού και ενημέρωση βάσεων δεδομένων
  • Συλλογή και διαχείριση εγγράφων εργαζομένων
  • Υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία προσλήψεων και onboarding
  • Έκδοση βεβαιώσεων & διαχείριση αδειών/απουσιών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • 1 έτος προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Καλή γνώση χρήσης του ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
  • Βασικές γνώσεις μισθοδοσίας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Οργανωτικότητα & προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά & γραπτά), η γνώση Γαλλικών θα εκτιμηθεί.
