Τεχνικό - Συντηρητή Ιατρικών Μηχανημάτων για το Τμήμα Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης (FieldServiceEngineer)

πλήρους και αποκλειστικής απασχόλησης, με έδρατην Αθήνα ή τη Θεσσαλονίκη.

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΗΣ

Ο Τεχνικός Ιατρικών Μηχανημάτων:

  • Έχει την ευθύνη του ελέγχου, της εγκατάστασης, της συντήρησης, της επισκευής και γενικά της ορθής λειτουργίας των μηχανημάτων που διαθέτει η εταιρεία στους πελάτες της

  • Συμπληρώνει και τηρεί αρχεία σχετικά με την εγκατάσταση, τη συντήρηση, τις επισκευές των μηχανημάτων που πραγματοποιεί

  • Εκπαιδεύει τους πωλητές και τους πελάτες της εταιρείας σε θέματα που άπτονται της αρμοδιότητάς του

  • Επικοινωνεί με τους ομολόγους του στους κατασκευαστές οίκους για θέματα της αρμοδιότητάς του

  • Εκπαιδεύεται στο εξωτερικό, στις εγκαταστάσεις των κατασκευαστών οίκων στην αγγλική γλώσσα, σε κάθε μηχάνημα που διαθέτει η εταιρεία στην αγορά της

  • Λειτουργεί ως κρίκος επικοινωνίας της εταιρείας με την αγορά

  • Αναφέρεται στον Προϊστάμενο Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης

  • Συνεργάζεται, επικοινωνεί και μεταφέρει την εμπειρία του στους συναδέλφους του στο Τμήμα Τεχνικής Υποστήριξης και στα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας

ΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΕΣ ΓΝΩΣΕΙΣ, ΧΑΡΑΚΤΗΡΙΣΤΙΚΑ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΞΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ

➢ Πτυχίο Τεχνικού Ιατρικών Μηχανημάτων

➢ Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία)

➢ Ικανότητα εκπαίδευσης στην αγγλική γλώσσα

➢ Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών

➢ Γνώσεις πληροφορικής θα εκτιμηθούν ιδιαίτερα

➢ Δίπλωμα οδήγησης

➢ Ανεπτυγμένες ικανότητες επικοινωνίας
