Role Overview

We're looking for a Head of 3D Production to lead the creation of high-quality product visuals, lifestyle imagery, and AI-driven videos. This senior role requires a mix of creative direction, technical expertise, and team leadership. You'll oversee the production pipeline from concept to delivery, ensuring all outputs meet Pixofix's visual standards while pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted 3D content creation.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll both guide the team and directly create world-class visuals. Candidates should have strong 2D foundations (Photoshop, After Effects), advanced knowledge of AI tools (ComfyUI, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.), and an understanding of fashion photography standards.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Production Leadership

  • Lead the 3D production process for e-commerce and lifestyle visuals.
  • Set creative direction and ensure all outputs match brand guidelines.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level artists in AI workflows and post-production.

AI Model & Lifestyle Imagery

  • Create and oversee photorealistic model shots from flat-lay product images.
  • Develop lifestyle visuals (studio and real-world) aligned with references.

PDP Images for E-commerce

  • Oversee delivery of 5 standard angles per product: front, side, back, full-length, detail close-up.
  • Ensure adherence to styling rules (e.g., tops with matching bottoms; bottoms with plain solid long-sleeve tops).

AI Video Content

  • Produce and supervise short AI-driven clips (model rotations, walks, lifestyle scenes).

Prompt Engineering & Retouching

  • Craft and refine prompts for accuracy and consistency.
  • Use AI-powered and traditional retouching to match real-life lighting, textures, and proportions.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong 2D editing expertise in Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Proven track record with AI platforms: ComfyUI, Midjourney, Krea AI, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Runway, Leonardo AI, etc.
  • Advanced AI retouching skills (e.g., Topaz AI, Luminar AI).
  • Understanding of fashion photography and e-commerce standards.
  • Leadership experience in creative or production teams.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering for high-quality, repeatable results.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Output Standards

  • Resolution: Largest possible file size with professional finish.
  • Formats: PNG/JPEG for stills, MP4 for videos.
  • Consistency: All outputs must match brand examples and maintain a cohesive look.
