Product Energy Efficiency Specialist

The role will:

  • Design new Energy Efficiency products and services for B2B and B2C customers.
  • Manage related projects and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities end to end.
  • Develop and implement business plans to grow the Energy Efficiency portfolio.
  • Define requirements, oversee QA and UAT processes, and evaluate results.
  • Prepare technical specifications, engineering calculations, and cost estimates.
  • Support contract management and propose beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Conduct on-site visits when necessary to monitor and evaluate project progress.
  • Train key users upon launch of new products or services.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities in the energy sector.
  • Prepare regulatory reports related to Energy Efficiency.
Requirements
  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Economics, or a related technical or quantitative field. A Master's degree in any of the above disciplines will be considered an asset.
  • At least 2 years of full cycle professional experience in the energy or technology sector in building and launching energy efficience innovative services.
  • Prior experience in project management or IoT industry is a plus; familiarity with AI is considered an asset.
  • Strong project management skills, with solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
