Svuum SA is seeking a motivated and organized
Drivers Team Coordinator
to join our team in the food distribution sector. This is a full-time position
(6 days/week)
, responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our delivery drivers. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, optimize driver schedules, and effectively resolve day-to-day issues while maintaining clear communication with partners and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the delivery driver team.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly delivery schedules.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve operational challenges and support drivers in real-time problem-solving.
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in food transportation.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food handling or cold chain logistics will be considered a plus.
