Svuum SA is seeking a motivated and organized
Drivers Team Coordinator
to join our team in the food distribution sector. This is a full-time position
(6 days/week)
, responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our delivery drivers. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, optimize driver schedules, and effectively resolve day-to-day issues while maintaining clear communication with partners and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the delivery driver team.
  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly delivery schedules.
  • Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Resolve operational challenges and support drivers in real-time problem-solving.
  • Prepare and maintain reports
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in food transportation.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with food handling or cold chain logistics will be considered a plus.
