Your Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive technical support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve various technical issues in a timely manner.
- Guide customers in utilizing IT products and services effectively.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the overall service experience.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong technical aptitude with an ability to tackle problem-solving challenges.
- Experience in tech support, particularly in the IT industry, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and engage with the local culture.
