Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You'll take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns — from setup to optimization — across Google Ads and social media platforms. We're looking for someone fluent in both Greek and English, who enjoys digging into data, and is curious about using AI and modern tools to improve performance.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

• Track key performance metrics like CPL, ROAS, and conversions, and suggest improvements based on data

• Work closely with creative assets (copy, visuals) to ensure campaigns align with goals

• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to support campaign strategy

• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Social Media Ads

• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable using data to guide decisions

• Fluent in both English and Greek, written and spoken

• Tech‑savvy with an interest or experience in AI tools and performance-enhancing technologies

• Problem solver, proactive, multitasker — you're used to managing multiple campaigns and clients

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing, budget scaling, and creative testing

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar

• Exposure to LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or native advertising platforms

• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation
