We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales & Growth Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in upgrading our customer base.

Responsibilities

As a Sales & Growth Partner, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, focusing on identifying, engaging, and converting new clients. This role is critical for driving our growth, building a strong pipeline, and establishing lasting relationships with customers. The main objective is to strengthen and enhance our customer base, not only to expand it. Specifically, the key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Identify and Research Prospects: Conduct market research to find potential clients, analyze their needs, and develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Outbound Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a strong fit with our offerings, gathering insights to help close sales.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Track interactions and progress in our CRM, ensuring efficient follow-up and accurate forecasting.
  • Develop and Deliver Pitches: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations or demos that address client needs and showcase our solutions.
  • Manage and refine sales strategy through relevant campaigns and initiatives.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations with prospective clients and guide them through the on-boarding process.

  • Fluency in Greek and English languages.
  • Proven experience in a similar position for at least one year.
  • Based in Pallini, Greece, or surrounding areas.

  • Base salary plus 14% commission on sales, without caps. Our 3-year record supports commission-based earnings of 2270€ gross, with top performance reaching up to 4595€ gross.
