As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will:

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns on behalf of various market brands & industries

• Measure, refine & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals

• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance

• Plan, execute and measure tests across ad creative, landing pages and other marketing elements to optimize results

• Assist internal teams in evaluating, refining and testing the multi-channel customer experience, under guidance from senior colleagues

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables

• Support the team in monitoring growth and efficiency targets through data gathering and reporting

• Collaborate with Account and Design Teams to develop digital plans that support client objectives

What you will bring:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role

• University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration (MSc is a plus)

• Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Google Analytics

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
