Η Actionline για μία από τις μεγαλύτερες τράπεζες, αναζητά Investment Call Advisor. Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει τη διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων και την παροχή εξειδικευμένης υποστήριξης για χρηματιστηριακά προϊόντα, προσφέροντας εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Καθήκοντα:
- Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων κλήσεων πελατών σχετικά με χρηματιστηριακά και επενδυτικά προϊόντα.
- Παροχή ακριβών πληροφοριών και καθοδήγησης στους πελάτες.
- Καταγραφή και διεκπεραίωση αιτημάτων πελατών.
- Συνεργασία με τις υπόλοιπες ομάδες για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Γνώσεις και εξοικείωση σε χρηματοοικονομικά προϊόντα.
- Πιστοποίηση (Α1-Δ) Νομοθετικό Πλαίσιο Κεφαλαιαγοράς
- Βασικές γνώσεις Η/Υ και εφαρμογών γραφείου.
- Προσανατολισμός στην παροχή ποιοτικής εξυπηρέτησης.
Προσφέρονται:
- 5θήμερη εργασία: Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή.
- Σταθερό πρωινό ωράριο: 09:30 – 17:30.
- Εύκολη πρόσβαση μέσω ΜΜΜ (πλησίον τρένου Καλλιθέας & Μοσχάτου)
