  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all support interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency, maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch is mandatory for serving our core client base, alongside excellent verbal and written English (B2 level minimum).
  • Digital Interest: A strong curiosity or foundational knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, or e-commerce.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop creative solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
